We prepare your order in boxes or on pallets, depending on the dimensions, for collection in our warehouse in Herbolzheim. If you would like delivery to your address, we would be happy to make you an offer.
Delivery times promised by Fun Supply GmbH are non-binding.
If shipment of the goods has been agreed, delivery periods and delivery dates refer to the time of handover to the carrier, the forwarding agent or any other person responsible for the transport (including employees of Fun Supply who are responsible for the transport).
Further legal claims and rights of the buyer due to a delay in delivery remain unaffected.
Fun Supply is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided the buyer does not incur any significant additional work or costs.
As per our terms and conditions, we are not responsible for any taxes and / or duties resulting from shipping.
Receipt of goods & complaints
Please check every shipment for visible or noticeable defects immediately upon receipt and submit a complaint immediately. Before opening defective parcels, we ask for pictures of the damage so that we can process any complaints about defective goods more easily.
In the event of a complaint, please use our contact form (Re. Complaint). We will work out a quick and problem-free solution with you.
In principle, we do not accept returns of non-defective goods. Exceptions must be clarified with the direct contact person. In the event of a return, we would like to point out that we will only accept goods in their original packaging, provided that they are non-defective goods.
Possible assumption of the costs for a return z. E.g. for the return shipment are also to be discussed with us.
