Payment Conditions

The prices for the goods (according to our price lists) are ex works in EURO plus statutory VAT. Transport of goods to the buyer will be charged additionally, unless an obligation to collect has been agreed. The minimum order value is 300 EUROS.

The receipt of an incoming order is not an invoice, it is issued without obligation and subject to the availability of goods and delivery times. The invoice will be issued separately as soon as the goods are ready for dispatch. Orders only become binding upon written confirmation from Fun Supply GmbH or dispatch.

In the case of marked foreign currency items (currency US Dollar / British Pound), the prices given are not binding, but are adjusted on a daily basis in accordance with the fluctuating exchange rates on the capital markets.

The buyer has to make payments in advance by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The goods will only be sent after receipt of payment. The receipt of payment at Fun Supply is decisive.

Unless a fixed price agreement has been made, we reserve the right to make reasonable price changes due to changed wage, material and distribution costs for deliveries that are made 3 months or later after the conclusion of the contract.

Packaging will not be taken back by us and must be disposed of by the buyer.

In order to be able to assign all payments, we ask you to always use the invoice number as a reference.
